The advent of advanced artificial intelligence models, such as Chat GPT , has sparked debate about their role in academic writing and research. While some argue that Chat GPT can be a valuable co-author in publications, others question its potential as a plagiarism tool. This paper examines both perspectives and explores the implications of including Chat GPT in the process of writing and scientific research.

In Albania, we have encountered various problems – such as the sale of first or second level diplomas and the plagiarism of various scientific publications in ghost journals, not indexed in the main databases of neighboring countries and not only – which, among others, it also brought the unmasking of many doctorates of various academic and political personalities, with a level of plagiarism equal to the level of individual mediocrity. Then, the question arises what can happen in Albania if we use artificial intelligence ( Chat GPT ), as the main source of the idea and design of various scientific publications? Is there a controlling entity for the writings and ideas coming not from the Albanian authors, but taken for granted by this intelligent system?!

A real analysis of the best and the dark sides should be done, because the misuse of artificial intelligence only serves those who have usurped academic positions as Ottoman officials – you say they have inherited them from generation to generation. This also leads to the drafting of various VKM, again to be as comfortable as possible in the respective positions acquired by plagiarism or by orders given by previous governments – when the title was obtained with a signature from the prime minister and not from the level of individual publications in international scientific bodies, indexed and ranked, to close the door to anyone educated abroad in the best universities and with an extensive list of publications in the aforementioned databases of SCOPUS or ‘Web of Science’ ( putting sticks under the wheel and conditions never heard of in any university or international academy).
