With dying patients outnumbering human organs available, every 10 minutes a transplant patient is added to the national organ transplant list. Resulting in 20 patients dying every day waiting for an organ transplant. In February 2020 the US senate sent a letter to the Association of Organ procurement Organization (AOPO) located at 200 Spruce street Denver, Colorado.
Concerning gaps in the national Organ Procurement and Transportation network (OPTN) and the network of 56 organ procurement organizations (OPO). UNOS has oversight monitoring accountability. OPO’s for years have failed to recover thousands of eligible human organs from single organ donors. OPO’s are evaluated on the number of organs procured per single donors. Resulting in over 28,000 available organs ANNUALLY THAT WERE NOT PROCURED FOR ORGAN TRANSPLANTING FROM DECEASED DONORS.
Between 2013 to 2018 20% of recovered kidneys were not transplanted. An independent investigation from outside the (CU Anschutz campus a regional transplant hospital) conducted by Kaiser Health disclosed hundreds/thousands of human organs were “unusable” (organs are time sensitive) due to an archaic UNOS tracking system that uses paper manifests and phone contact. UNOS does not use a sophisticated GPS electronic system for these valuable life saving time sensitive organs. Resulting in: A pancreas left at an airport counter, a kidney shipped to the wrong airport, and a human heart left on a commercial airliner. Currently there is no Federal agency/requirement to monitor human organs in transport. Donor recipients, the public at large, and Congress is being shielded from public disclosure. UNOS operates in secrecy from scrutiny. On September 22, 2023 Congress passed the Securing US Procurement and transplantation Network Act.
IN March 2024 the US house of Representatives launched an investigation into UNOS for mismanagement, errors of unused human organ, and basic cyber security failures, Requesting UNOS data and IT systems that allowed 35,000 deaths from recipients waiting on the national transplant list. UNOS actions have life and death consequences without regulatory oversight. UNOS has no policies for risk assessment and organ system monitoring. Resulting in an unsafe, inequitable, retaliatory self- dealing network.
In February 2024 an official Federal investigation was launched into Organ procurement organizations (OPO) in five states which now includes COLORADO. The investigation has been active for several months. The Inspector General Michael Missal from the Department of Veterans Affairs is investigating several OPO’s.
The 56 OPO’s collect human organs primarily kidneys from decease donors and arrange for the organs to be transported to one of the 250 US medical centers that perform transplants. (CU Anschutz is an approved medical center) Each OPO holds an exclusive government guaranteed monopoly over their designated territory. Colorado is currently under Federal investigation. Transplant centers pay for some of the OPO’s costs with Medicare reimbursing transplant centers for transportation and overhead costs of human organs. Transplant centers are reimbursed by private and public payers which depends on each patient financial circumstances.
THE CURRENT FEDERAL INVESTIGATION IS REVIEWING IF THERE HAS BEEN FINANCIAL KICKBACKS (PAYOFF/BRIBES) BETWEEN OPO ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS SEMI REGULATED MARKET FOR HUMAN ORGANS, ACCORDING TO AN UNIDENTIFIED SPOKESMAN. ADDITIONAL FEDERAL INVESTIGATION IS SEEKING INFORMATION IF OPO’S HAVE FRAUDENTLY BILLED VA AND MEDICARE.
With over 100,000 people waiting on the organ transplant list. Most seeking kidneys 20 patients die every single day. Between 2010 and 2019 VA hospitals had (5,281) organ donors which met the criteria to provide their organs for transplant. However only 33 human organs were collected by OPO’s from VA hospitals. (CU ANSCHUTZ HAS A VA HOSPITAL) OPO’s under current law are allowed to collect: heart valves, bones, shoulders, knees, skin ligaments, human tissue and sell these for medical research. This multi-million-dollar opaque market information is not publicly available. Human organs are not allowed to be sold under current Federal legislation.
The current Federal investigation is investigating if OPO’s are using VA human donors as revenue generators selling legal body tissue parts, while discarding valuable human organs that cannot legally be sold. There are allegations that senior UNOS members have conflicting undisclosed FOR PROFIT ALLIANCES ALLOWING SELF FINANCIAL ENRICHMENT AT THE EXPENSE OF PATIENTS AND DONORS. These financial /business relationships interfere with recipients on the national organ waiting registry list. In turn possibly directly effecting human organ transplant patients on the problematic CU Anschutz campus. CU Anschutz receives their organs from the government monopoly UNOS/ OPOs. Located at 200 Spruce Street Denver currently under Federal Investigation.
The AnschutzMedicalCampus.com blog as previously highlighted the existing strategic alliance between serial convicted criminal organization J. P. Morgan and the CU center for commodities and energy management. In direct violation of CU Anschutz mission statement. Therefore CU has an existing branding and criminal alliance with a convicted criminal organization. Which involves Colorado taxpayers who unwittingly finance non profit CU Anschutz.
The OPO’s under Federal investigation is intensifying with VA inspector general’s sent to offices and residential homes of 10 separate CEO’s of organ procurement Organizations. OPO’s. Investigation letters were sent to DENVER, Oklahoma City, Nashville, Westwood Kansas, Albuquerque, and Cincinnati, Milwaukee, and Philadelphia. Requesting all business relationships and financial interests that the OPO’s and CEOs have with procurement groups.

HUMAN BABY BODY PARTS FOR SALE
UC San Diego and Planned parenthood had an agreement to exchange fetal tissue for economic gain. This violates current Federal Law. With the contract outlining Biological Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA) granting UCSD access to “fetal” and “placental tissue” from Planned parenthood. The contract gives Planned parenthood rights to Intellectual property and patents developed by experimenting with this proprietary fetal tissue. UC San Diego has used fetal tissue in biological research leading to numerous exclusive patents generating over 125 million dollars in revenue from 2021-2022. The partnership allows collaborative research and financial contributions to Planned Parenthood from UCSD. This disclosure was made by Center for Medical Progress obtained in a lawsuit. Planned Parenthood has been harvesting and selling baby body parts since 2015. In 2015 the Center for Medical progress released undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood executives negotiating the financial costs of fetal tissue obtained from late term abortions. Planned Parenthood executives were also outlining modifications for abortion procedures to obtain intact baby organs. This video exposed a black market for aborted baby organs between research facilities and abortion clinics. For profit companies were sending tech workers into Planned parenthood abortion clinics harvesting the baby organs of aborted babies repackaging the baby body parts and reselling them to research facilities.
Abortion clinics and Planned Parenthood received approximately 2 billion dollars of taxpayer’s money from the Federal government from 2019 to 2021. Planned Parenthood and all of its affiliate’s performed over 1 million abortions from 2019 to 2021. Receiving over 1.75 Billion dollars in taxpayer money. Planned Parenthood has over 16,000 employees nationwide. The Biden administration from 2021 to 2022 has increased abortion funding through the Department of Health and Human services from 5 million to over 27 million over a 370% increase. Planned Parenthood has killed 1 million unborn children between 2019-2021. Killed over 9 million unborn children since 1970.
In March 2024, David Daleiden the founder of the Center for Medical Progress (CFMP) testified before a US capitol hill panel to open an official investigation concerning the black market of selling human baby organs. The US abortion industry has no independent or Federal oversight. There is now a financial price tag of 250,000 per individual baby for body parts. This price was quoted by a planned parenthood executive in Washington state who could sell baby body parts to one single biotech company CGT global.
There is an undisclosed network Planned Parenthood(PP) has originated with biomaterial companies to provide baby body parts for scientific experiments. Biomaterial companies sponsor commercial trade shows while aligning with PP representatives. One example given at the panel was the University of Pittsburgh grafting aborted baby scalps to lab rats allowing rats to grow hair. This particular baby biomedical experiment was paid for by Federal taxpayers specifically NIH grants. NIH awards over 100 million dollars annually on fetal experimentation. David Baieiden informed congress that fetal experimentation money should be cut/eliminated from NIH’s budget.
The abortion industry is led by PP is a powerful special interest group, PP fights to silence all reporting of their illicit black market baby harvesting their influence and reach is far and powerful alleging reaching all the way up to Pamela Harris. After the CFMP released their videos exposing aborted baby harvesting. Pamela Harris who was the attorney general for California ordered a raid on Daleidens apartment which resulted in seizing hundreds of hours of unreleased undercover videos, issued a court injunction from releasing any additional videos. Resulting in the state of California justice system prosecuting Daleiden and fining his organization CFMP 25 million dollars (25,000,000) a federal court found Daleiden had violated STATE and FEDERAL laws. David Daleiden alleges VP Pamela Harris was involved in a cover-up of the abortions industry organ-harvesting scheme when Harris was AG of the state of California.
As the panel continued to hear testimony a 33-week old trimester dead baby boy was shown encapsulated in a plastic container. Since the boy was whole it was probable he was killed after being delivered alive. The dead baby boy along with 4 other late term babies and the remains of over 100 additional partial dead babies was found outside the Washington Surgi Clinic. Enclosed in a crate shipping container to be burned by Curtis waste medical services to provide renewable energy. There was no independent investigation of these dead baby bodies.
In 2007 the USDA cited Colorado University (CU) for multiple violations of the animal welfare act issuing CU an official warning. Colorado University will receive criminal and civil fines in the event CU continues to violate Federal law. PETA uncovered evidence that after CU received USDA warnings dozens of Federal law violations have occurred in CU laboratories. NIH responded and reprimanded CU for repeated Federal violations and ordered CU to repay Federal grants for non compliance of experiments on animals. Animal abuse.
CU ANSCHUTZ FAILS THE COLORADO COMMUNITY
First, let us review CU Anschutz mission statement: After receiving billions of Colorado taxpayer’s dollars with zero accountability to Colorado taxpayers. Don Elliman stating. We can do anything here. Lily marks echoing CU Anschutz is a research hospital.
Mission: With innovation, agility, and excellence, we improve humanity by preventing illness, saving
lives, educating health professionals and scientists, advancing science and serving our communities.
Vision: To provide the finest team based healthcare, science, and education in the world by serving as

the community around us through lenses of diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
Education: Find your path in healthcare with over 40 degree programs
Research and Innovation: Collaboratively pursuing new solutions in healthcare
Patient Care: The best in medicine focused on your health and wellbeing.
Community: Strengthening partnerships in the community we call home.
Strategic initiatives from 2021-2026.
In September 2023, CU Anschutz Children’s Hospital asked Colorado human adults to consider donating a section of their human liver organ. Ten children were waiting for a liver. CU Anschutz hospital had not collected enough donor livers for needy transplant patients. More than 100 potential Colorado donors stepped up for a partial liver donation. All organ donors need to be healthy and between the age of 18-55. CU Anschutz Children’s hospital has an organ transplant program. Generating hundreds of millions of dollars in tax free revenue.
With CU Anschutz requesting potential human organ donors visit the site: UCHealthLivingDonor.org Colorado taxpayer citizens being so generous with organ donations CU Anschutz believes the program could be expanded to other states that do not have a liver donor program. Thereby generating and expanding revenues from organ transplants at the CU Anschutz campus. Generating additional hundreds of millions of tax free dollars.
CU Anschutz website states the medical campus has transplanted over 6k human organs, One thousand from living donors. Which means 5k were from deceased donors. 2022 was a record breaking year with CU Anschutz performing over 300 kidney transplants. 130 liver transplants, 60 heart transplants, and 40 lung transplants. Elizabeth Pomphrey chief of transplant surgery states. CU Anschutz is one of the largest transplant programs in the nation with the vast majority of human organs coming from deceased donors. CU Anschutz has expanded its transplant program to include Hispanic transplants, an automated referral system with outreach clinics in New Mexico, Montana, and Grand Junction. Serving a larger geographic area. Elizabeth Profit continues to state CU Anschutz has the largest nondirected live donor program in the entire nation. This allows complete strangers to donate their organs. CU Anschutz received over 700 million dollars in research funding in just the last year (2022).
Billions of tax free dollars over the entire last decade. CU Anschutz has received hundreds of millions of dollars for organ transplants over the last decade. Since Medicare pays for these transplants. The national taxpayer is now financing CU Anschutz organ transplants. Since CU Anschutz is a 501(c) Non profit no Federal or state taxes are paid on this huge multi million dollar financial windfall supported by taxpayers and free organ donations.
As previously stated and outlined above UNOS holds an exclusive government monopoly over each designated territory. Which includes DENVER. Which means over 5k deceased donors had their human organs transplanted at the CU Anschutz 3 hospital research campus. Human organs arranged through UNOS transported to CU Anschutz medical campus whose website states they receive over 2 million visitors annually. Both CU Anschutz and UNOS receive substantial amounts of Federal Taxpayer money. NIH, Medicare, Grants, while maintaining 501(c) non profit status.
THE FIRST COLORADO TAXPAYER QUESTION IS: WITH CU ANSCHUTZ RECEIVING BILLIONS OF RESEARCH DOLLARS OVER ALMOST 2 ENTIRE DECADES. NOT ONE SINGLE RESEARCHER, DOCTOR, TRANSPLANT OVERSIGHT EMPLOYEE, NURSE, CU REGENT, HELICOPTER PILOT, AMBULANCE DRIVER, COULD MAKE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN UNOS HAVING NO GPS ORGAN TRACKING SYSTEM AND 2 MILLION VISITORS (MANY USE GPS) ANNUALLY VISITING A RESEARCH HOSPITAL THAT COULD DO ANYTHING ACCORDING TO DON ELLIMAN? As Lily marks previously stated CU Anschutz is a research hospital.
WHAT TYPE OF FAILED RESEARCH FACILITY IS CU ANSCHUTZ? RECEIVING, WASTEING, BILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND FAILING TO MAKE A STRATGEGIC THOUGHT ALLIANCE/ANALOGY BETWEEN 5k TIME SENSITIVE HUMAN ORGAN TRANSPORT AND ORGAN TRANSPLANTING? This is absurd! THIS ILLUSTRATES AND DOCUMENTS THERE IS ZERO STRATEGIC THINKING AT THIS SUBSTANDARD RESEARCH FACILITY. Once again there is no strategic thought given to any of CU Anschutz NIH grants. CU Anschutz grants are used to finance and pay for C02 emitting hospital buildings. Not community health care.
With each human organ transplant costing between 500k to over one million dollars. Depending on each patient’s circumstances. CU Anschutz a regional transplant center has been involved with over 5k organ transplants. Over a decade! At a very minimum this so called 3 hospital research campus should have researched, developed, and patented their own proprietary organ transportation device with a GPS tracking system juxtaposed with an exclusive CU logo for each of their organ transplant patients. This would have elevated and position CU Anschutz in the national transplant organ industry internally among UNOS the 56 OPO’s. With not one word being stated. CU Anschutz transplant operating room could have a digital map screen showing the time sensitive human organs delivery route with a loud speaker phone informing the transplant room. Kidney arriving in approximately 7 minutes and 35 seconds. Combining visual digital map and audible tracking for a waiting dying CU organ transplant patient. Be prepared all medical hands on deck!
If CU Anschutz had developed and owned a proprietary patented human organ transport system using GPS tracking. All organs could be traced back to their original donor. Generating a digital GPS trail, Which could have been combined with CU Anschutz patented blockchain technology using sophisticated tracking technology. Developing, creating, and implementing a strategic market innovation, giving CU Anschutz a proprietary competitive advantage in organ transplants.
Nope not on this consistently second tier, substandard 3 hospital research campus. This second tier campus frivolously consumes national taxpayer dollars and free human organs to turn a profit in which CU Anschutz does not pay Federal or state taxes. This is abuse of taxpayer funds!
THE SECOND COLORADO TAXPAYER QUESTION IS; WITH AN ACTIVE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION INVOLVING DENVER OPO’S, VA HOSPITAL, A CU ANSCHUTZ TRANSPLANT HOSPITAL WHO RECEIVES THESE TIME SENSITIVE ORGANS WHY DIDN’T CU ANSCHUTZ NOTIFY THE PUBLIC AT LARGE ABOUT THIS ongoing Federal INVESTIGATION? AFTER RECEIVING free ORGANS FROM COLORADO TAXPAYERS And a tainted Denver UNOS currently under Federal investigation?
On February 20, 2024 CU Anschutz Children’s Hospital offered continuing educational credits and a certificate for attending a zoom conference for CHICO members who will provide clinical care to pediatric parents. The subject matter: Why is organ access still not Equitable in 2024? With learning objectives and attended by 3 separate pediatric transplant MD specialist’s(Kidney, Heart, Liver)
For many months CU Anschutz has a tainted human organ supply line. Shrouded in secrecy for decades! Under current Federal investigation! How many of these human organs were allegedly discarded or unknown illegal financial compensation occurring in a tainted human organ supply line? And possibly involving over 5k CU Anschutz transplant patients? We will probably never learn these undisclosed facts. There is too much secrecy and too much tax free money involved. It is not in anybody’s interest to disclose any of these past event’s. Sweep it under the rug. Silence is golden. Whitewash this event so it quietly goes away. Forget about it. Just donate your precious human organs….So others can financially benefit from your generosity.
As we will learn below from an international human organ trafficker researcher, to date ALL ILLEGAL ORGAN transplants are facilitated in established medical communities who facilitate this action. The reason is simple hundreds of millions of non taxable dollars are earned on these medical campus. As the Anschutz Medical Campus blog has previously stated all public statements are whitewashed by CU Anschutz leadership to maintain their tax free status and billions of dollars in federal and state grants which do not have to be repaid. Silence is golden, keep your mouth shut and collect a paycheck. Just like the Jeffery Wigand tobacco scandal that went awry..
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO STATE THE FACTS. CU ANSCHUTZ HAS FAILED THEIR MISSION STATEMENT (AGAIN) AND REPEATEDLY FAILED THE COLORADO COMMUNITY, (RECIVING BILLIONS OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS) ORGAN TRANSPLANTING IS A LIFE OR DEATH OCCURANCE. THE COLORADO COMMUNITY NEEDS TRANSPARENCY CONCERNING THESE FEDERAL FACTS. Especially when CU Anschutz is requesting free Human organ donations from Colorado taxpayers, who receive zero financial compensation while CU Anschutz benefits by hundreds of millions of dollars in financial gain. While maintaining (questionable) 501(c) nonprofit status. CU Anschutz is not serving the community interests. CU Anschutz is generating hundreds of millions of dollars of tax free revenue, while keeping the Colorado taxpayer in the dark as to current events that are occurring in Colorado’s backyard. 200 Spruce street. Exactly where is community accountability from the questionable 501 (c) non profit?
ILLEGAL HUMAN ORGANS ON THE BLACK MARKET
After 1980 with the introduction of immunosuppressive drugs Human organ transplants now occur in more than 90 countries worldwide. With the demand for organs far outstripping supply human organ shortage grows every year. This void allows for the sale and purchase of human organs for financial gain. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates in 2008 5% of all worldwide organ transplants were illegal. WHO also estimates this only represents 10% of worldwide demand. Therefore 90% of human organ demand goes unmet. With human kidneys being the primary organ needed.
In all illegal criminal cases to date. Illegal organ transplants have occurred in clinics and Medical hospitals that involves trained medical staff. Organ tourism the buying and selling human organs are highly sophisticated networks with close involvement of underworld organ brokers and strategic alliances with lawyers, notaries, and trained medical personnel. A current human organ trafficker researcher has indicated that the current medical sector is helping to organize and facilitate the trade in human organ transplantation. The human organ trade involves all types of practices from voluntary, excessive exploitation, torture, physical force, to mutual agreement for financial compensation.
Human organs for sale is illegal everywhere in the world except the country of IRAN. However, several different proposals are coming to the forefront. The recently elected new president of Argentina Javier Milei has suggested that human organs are just another market that needs regulation. The first property is my body my right suggesting there needs to be a “regulated market” for human organs.
In early 2024 the state of New Hampshire originated a bill has been sponsored by Republican Jason Gerhard to incentivize human organ donation by creating a free market for human organs. The bill is pending waiting a vote from the house.
