Why almonds? Rich in Nutrients Almonds are a powerhouse of essential nutrients, including healthy fats, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. A small handful (about 23 almonds) contains around 6 grams of protein, 3.5 grams of fiber, and 14 grams of healthy fats. It’s also an excellent source of vitamin E, magnesium, and B vitamins like riboflavin and niacin, which are important for energy production and maintaining healthy skin, hair, and nails.
