Emily Willis had been to rehab Former adult star Emily Willis was using "five to six grams of ketamine a day" before she voluntarily entered a rehabilitation facility, according to a new lawsuit .

The lawsuit, which was filed by her family , revealed Emily battled a "ketamine addiction" for a year. The adult actress went into rehab in Malibu on January 27 last year.

Her legal team has now disclosed Emily is "permanently disabled" after her stint at Summit Malibu and is currently receiving care in a Utah facility. The lawsuit also named Summit Malibu’s parent company, Malibu Lighthouse Treatment Centers, LLC, alleging "abuse of a dependent adult, professional negligence, negligence and fraudulent business practices." Contrary to their intake document promises, the lawsuit accuses the staff of observing Emily’s rapidly declining health over several days without transferring her to a hospital for advanced medical attention. The court document also noted she had previously been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and PTSD, for which she was prescribed anti-depression and anti-anxiety medications.

Upon her admission, drug tests revealed Emily was not under the influence of ketamine or any other substances and she weighed in at 100lbs, contrary to the widely reported 80lbs. Over the following days, she continued to test negative for drugs, but her health visibly declined, according to the lawsuit.

The suit further stated that on February 4, 2024, a nurse practitioner discovered Emily unconscious. The duration of her unconsciousness before being found is uncertain, but the nurse immediately called 911, initiated CPR, and called for additional help.
