California-based company Prophet Premium Blends is recalling all flavors of its Diamond Shruumz chocolate bars, cones and gummies for reports of serious illnesses associated with consuming the products.

The products, which can be purchased online and in person at a variety of retail locations nationwide, and the illnesses allegedly caused by them are being investigated by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) , the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), poison centers across the country and state and local partners.

All lots, best buy dates and flavors of the products have been recalled and Prophet Premium Blends has ceased production and distribution of the product line .

The products contain various amounts of “nootropic and functional” mushrooms, according to the Diamond Shruumz website. The products do not contain psilocybin or scheduled drugs, the website states.

A full list of retailers is currently unknown. But 39 total illnesses have been reported as well as 23 hospitalizations across 20 states, including New York.
