Jennifer Garner Reveals Her Go-To Smoothie Recipe Jennifer Garner is back with the latest installment of her Fake Cooking Show —and this time, with a superhero-approved recipe.
On Tuesday, August 6, Jennifer took to Instagram in her reprised Elektra ensemble to share her go-to Elektra Smoothie with her fans. “A great and filling way for all superheroes—cape wearing or not—to start their day,” she captioned the video before revealing the ingredients in her coveted concoction (which she credits to celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque): one serving protein powder, one tablespoon ground flaxseed, one tablespoon chia seeds, one tablespoon almond butter, one cup almond milk, a handful of fresh spinach, a small handful of berries, and a handful of ice.
Kelly was quick to contribute to the overflowing comment section below the post. “Are you kidding me @jennifer.garner?! 1) you make the best #fab4smoothie recipes and 2) how did I get so lucky to have such a supportive friend?? � I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS MOVIE � #smokeshow,” she marveled.
